BOARD RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF NATIONAL OFFICE BEARERS OF SUFI CULTURAL ORGANIZATION (SCO) AT ITS REGISTERED OFFICE DARGAHI MARKAZ, 279, HAZRAT NIZAMUDDIN, NEW DELHI-110013 ON 3RD OCTOBER 2016 AT 4 PM.
APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.
RESOLVED, that the following persons are elected to the office(s) indicated next to their names to serve the SCO as per rules provided in the deed of Trust.
Officers Names
National President: Pir Khwaja Ahmed Nizami
National Vice President: Pirzada Siraj Madani Nizami
Secretary General: Farid Ahmed Nizami
Legal Advisor: Mr. Suhail Khan (Advocate)
Joint Secretary: Mr. Mohd Azhar Masoodi
Treasurer: Mrs. Darakshan Pari Nizami
Office In charge: Mr. Kumud Kumar
RESOLVED FURTHER that the tenure of these officers shall last till further order / notice. They are not entitled for any remuneration as currently the SCO is not in a strong financial position. These officers shall be informed soon after passing the resolution for their final consent.
